If you’ve been unlucky enough to receive a defective product, please e-mail support@tiggly.com and we will be happy to facilitate an exchange, if necessary. Most issues cannot be resolved by any other troubleshooting means, and we work hard to replace defective units within 1-2 weeks (if not much faster than that).
